Hotel Mamta Ilam Guest Guidelines
1. Check-In & Check-Out Hours
Standard check-in begins at 12:00 PM (Noon) Nepal Standard Time. Standard check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests arriving early or wishing late departure are invited to contact the front desk in advance; subject to availability, luggage storage is provided free of charge.
2. Reservation Requests & Confirmation
Direct website reservations are logged as immediate reservation requests. Our management verifies room availability and contacts the guest via telephone or message to confirm the booking.
3. Cancellation & Date Changes
We understand mountain travel itineraries may vary due to weather or road updates. Direct bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty by contacting our front desk at least 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival.
4. Identification & Guest Conduct
All adult guests must present valid government photo identification (Citizenship Card, Passport, or National ID) upon check-in. For the comfort and peaceful rest of all guests, quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
